Hello dear members, This is one of my poems, I call it Aground. I have more, in my blog. I usually post my poems there.
My love, lacking true form I remain inarticulate A sigh is forced In times of blissful ignorance Blissful ignorance indeed
Amalgamated emotions, love and hatred Rationality of which, defined by none other This delicate silence, I abhor Why don't you say something?
You took my heart away Then you return it, broken Sorry, you say yet You do it again and again
But I'll never stop you From doing that Because loving you with A broken heart seems better Than nothing Blissful ignorance indeed
If I were a sailor You would resemble the wind Unpredictable and uncalled for Blowing me sweet kisses one day And leaving me shipwrecked, another
If I were a gambler You would resemble money Coming and going, just as you please And every time you go I get the feeling that You are leaving me for someone else
Would it be too cliché If you said that I'm the one The one whom u love Dearly...
Would it be too shameful To love me as you should Uttering those words Which you claim were from your heart Yet your actions suggest otherwise
Such pain I feel, deep down inside Would you please end this misery Instead, you laugh And you say "I do not know" "I am not sure" and "maybe" Leaving me here... Hanging on the rope of despair
Rendering me speechless You are... Causing me to fall; hopelessly in love When you won't catch me at all At least, your unwilling arms Do not deceive me As your words have.
Update: I cannot post any of my poems because for some stupid reason, I just can't. Its a Hi5 problem...
